Find the Right Custom Table Cover
Start with your table size and the fit you want. Then choose print coverage, back style, and fabric. You can order standard setups online. For custom sizes, multiple designs, bulk quantities, or a firm deadline, request a quote.
Choose Your Print Coverage and Fabric
Choose front-panel printing to keep your logo on the aisle-facing side. Choose all-over printing when you want the design to continue across more of the cover. Options vary by style and fabric, so check the product page and review your proof carefully.
Stretch covers come in 180g or 240g elastic polyester. Many non-stretch covers use 300D polyester, with a heavier 600D option on some products. These weights describe the fabric only. They do not tell you whether it is coated, flame rated, liquid repellent, washable, or suited to long-term outdoor use.
Need flame paperwork, a treated finish, or special care instructions? Tell us before you order. We'll confirm what is available for your product. To compare print methods, read Dye Sublimation vs. Screen Printing.
Start With Your Table Size
Start with the table's length, width, and height, then choose the look and access you need.
- Throw: drapes naturally over the table. Choose how much of the back you want covered. Compare Logo Table Throws.
- Fitted: tailored corners create a clean, structured fit for a specific table size. Compare Logo Fitted Tablecloths.
- Stretch or spandex: elastic fabric wraps around the tabletop and legs for a taut fit with less loose fabric. Compare Logo Stretch Tablecloths.
- Convertible: switches between the supported table lengths listed on the Convertible Table Covers page.
- Round: sized by the diameter and height of a cocktail or round table. Compare Logo Round Tablecloths.
A 4-foot cover works well for a compact registration or check-in desk. A 6-foot cover is a common choice for trade shows, conferences, recruiting, school events, and nonprofit events. An 8-foot cover gives sponsor tables and larger business displays more room. Round covers work well for receptions and information tables.
Venue furniture varies, so measure the actual table before ordering. Compare the dedicated 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft options, or use the Tablecloth Size Calculator.

Custom Table Cover FAQ
Measure the table's length, width, and height. Standard folding tables are often 4 ft, 6 ft, or 8 ft long and approximately 29 inches high, but venue furniture varies. Measure the actual table rather than relying on the venue's description. For a round or cocktail table, measure both the diameter and height.
It depends on the look and setup you need. Throws drape over the table, fitted covers create structured corners, stretch covers create a taut fit, and convertible covers fit the alternate table lengths listed on their product page.
Often, yes. All three can describe a cover printed with your logo, brand colors, or message. The name matters less than the table size, fit, print coverage, and back access you need.
Request a quote and send the table dimensions, desired coverage, artwork, quantity, delivery location, and required delivery date.
Yes. Depending on the product, you can print your logo on the front panel or across more of the cover. Check the product options and review the proof before production.
Send a vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a suitable PDF when possible. See the Artwork Requirements for other file types. If color matching matters, include the approved Pantone Formula Coated reference.
Yes. We'll send a digital proof for you to approve before production. Check the size, layout, spelling, logo placement, and colors carefully.
Timing varies by style, artwork readiness, quantity, production capacity, shipping method, and destination. If you need a rush turnaround, tell us your event date and delivery location before ordering. We'll confirm what timing is available.
Start with the sewn care label or order instructions. Blot spills, use mild soap and cool water, and air dry. Some stretch and uncoated 300D covers may allow a cold gentle wash; spot clean 600D, coated, or treated covers unless your instructions say otherwise. See the Wash and Care guide.
Sometimes. Tell us the venue requirement or finish you need before ordering, and we'll confirm what is available for that cover.
