Before anything is printed, our production team matches every color to your Pantone spec on physical swatches against the actual 600D canopy fabric. Screens lie. Fabric doesn't. This is the step most commodity vendors skip.

Step 3 · Layout Design
Every panel sized to your tent
Your design is built across every panel the tent has: four canopy peaks, the full valance band, and any side walls you add. For a 10x10, the valance alone is 117.6" x 13.38" of brand real estate on each side. We position logos and typography for eye-level legibility on the assembled tent.

Sign off before anything ships
You receive a formal proof document at 50% scale showing the final print layout with safety lines and cut lines marked. Every element is locked before production starts: Pantone colors, logo placement, panel dimensions. Nothing moves without your written approval.

Step 5 · Production & Pop-Up Test
Every tent set up and inspected before it ships
Once approved, your canopy is printed with dye sublimation on 600D polyester and paired with a 40mm hex aluminum frame (lifetime warranty). Every tent then gets a full pop-up test at our facility: setup, inspection, teardown. Standard production is 2 business days from approval. Delivery ships 5-7 business days after that.

All orders ship Priority via UPS or FedEx. Continental US delivery is 5-7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments are quoted separately.
600D polyester with PU coating. Water repellent, flame retardant (CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 certified), and UV resistant. We print your design using dye sublimation, which infuses the ink directly into the fabric. The color won't crack, peel, or fade, even after repeated outdoor use.
Lifetime warranty on the 40mm hex aluminum tent frame. If the frame fails from normal use, send a photo and your order number to support. We ship a replacement.
Custom-printed canopy top, aluminum frame, stake and rope kit, and a wheeled roller bag for transport. The canopy top weighs about 9 pounds. The frame weighs about 43 pounds.
Setup takes about 5 minutes. Two people is easiest, one person is workable. For cleaning, hand wash with mild soap. Don't machine wash. Make sure the canopy is fully dry before folding, which prevents mold and creases. The canopy can stay attached to the frame inside the roller bag between events.
