Product Overview
Custom printed curved billboard banner — a dramatic half-moon arch that rises several feet above your canopy peak, giving your tent a distinct visual silhouette that stands out in any event landscape. Built for brand activations, sponsor moments, photo backdrops, and high-visibility setups where the shape of your branding matters as much as the surface area.
Note: banner only — frame and canopy top sold separately. Universal 10ft fit: works on any side of a 10x10, or the short (10ft) end of a 10x15 or 10x20. Need a flat marquee instead, or a longer banner span? See our
flat Canopy Tent Billboard Banner.
A different category of brand statement
The curve isn't just a shape — it's a different kind of brand statement. A flat banner reads as "sign above the tent." A curved banner reads as feature wall, stage backdrop, or stadium scoreboard. Same canopy underneath, completely different perceived production value. The half-moon arch creates a 3D branded element with actual depth — the kind of visual that earns photos at brand activations, gets shared on social, and tells visitors your booth is set up for something more than transactions.
Universal fit across more tent sizes
Unlike the flat billboard banner (which is sized specifically for 10x10 or 10x20 tents), the curved banner has a single 10ft span that fits multiple configurations: any side of a 10x10, or the short 10ft end of a 10x15 or 10x20. One product, three tent compatibilities. If you have a 10x15 or 10x20 and want a billboard banner without committing to the long-side flat option, the curved banner is the right product.
Height adjustable mounting
The banner mounts via tool-free clamps on adjustable poles. Slide the clamps up or down the canopy frame's corner posts to set your preferred banner height — raise it high for maximum visibility above a crowd, or lower it for closer-range customer engagement and reduced wind loading. Most events warrant the maximum-height position; smaller intimate setups may benefit from a lower mount that ties into eye-level branding on the walls.
Same color match as your canopy and walls
Banners print via the same dye-sublimation process and Pantone color matching as our canopy tops, walls, and the flat billboard banner. Send your Pantone codes and we match them on physical swatches before printing — guaranteeing the curved banner reads consistent with the rest of your branded kit. No mismatched reds, off-blues, or color drift across products.

Two decisions: confirm tent compatibility, then know what's in the box for installation planning.

Have a 5x5, 6.5x6.5, 8x8, 13x13, or 20x20 tent? The curved banner doesn't fit those sizes — see the FAQ below for context. Want a banner on the long side of a 10x15 or 10x20? Use the flat billboard banner in 10ft or 20ft instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the curved and flat billboard banners?
Both mount above your canopy tent and add vertical brand presence. The differences: shape (curved is a half-moon arch, flat is a rectangular marquee), size options (curved is 10ft only; flat comes in 10ft and 20ft for 10x10 and 10x20 tents respectively), tent compatibility (curved fits more tent sizes including 10x15 short ends; flat fits only 10x10 and 10x20 specifically), and visual style (curved reads as feature element / stage backdrop; flat reads as wayfinding sign / sponsor marquee). Pick curved for visual impact and brand activations. Pick
flat for findability, longer banner spans, or text-heavy designs.
Why does the curved banner only come in 10ft?
The 10ft span is the standard MVP Visuals canopy frame edge — same dimension on every 10x10 side, plus the short ends of 10x15 and 10x20 tents. Building the curved banner in this size makes it compatible with the largest possible range of MVP tent configurations using a single product. Larger curved banners (15ft, 20ft) would require custom frame engineering for the arch geometry — contact us if you need a non-standard size.
Will the banner fit my tent?
The curved billboard banner has a 10-foot span. That means: yes for any side of a
10x10 (all sides are 10ft), yes for the short ends of a 10x15 or 10x20 (the 10ft sides), no for 5x5, 6.5x6.5, 8x8, 13x13, or 20x20 frames (top spans don't match), no for the long sides of 10x15 (15ft) or 10x20 (20ft). If you want a billboard banner on the long side of a 10x15 or 10x20 tent, the
flat billboard banner in 10ft or 20ft is the right product.
How is the banner mounted?
Two-step setup. First, slide the included curved aluminum support poles into the sewn pole pocket along the banner's edge — this gives the banner its half-moon shape under tension. Second, attach the poles to your canopy frame's corner posts using the included tool-free clamps. Adjust the clamp height to set your preferred banner position. Setup takes about 5 minutes once the tent is fully assembled.
How tall does the banner peak above the tent?
At its highest point (the center of the arch), the curved banner peaks several feet above your canopy peak — significantly higher than the flat billboard banner, which sits about 2 feet above the canopy line. The exact peak height depends on your clamp position; mounting the clamps higher on the corner posts raises the banner accordingly. For maximum visibility, use the highest stable clamp position your event setup allows.
Can I adjust the banner height after mounting?
Yes. The clamps slide along your canopy's corner posts, so you can raise or lower the entire banner without disassembling the pole structure. Most operators set the height once during initial setup and leave it; if you want to lower the banner mid-event for any reason (high winds, photo composition, intimate venue layout), it takes a minute to adjust both clamps.
What kinds of designs work best on a curved banner?
The curve is ideal for centered logos, single-mark branding, large icons, and dramatic visual statements that benefit from a focal point. The shape draws the eye toward the center of the arch. For text-heavy designs (long brand names, multiple sponsor logos in a row, dense informational content), the
flat billboard banner offers a more linear canvas that reads better at distance. If you're not sure which shape fits your branding best, send us your logo and we can recommend.
Will it stand up to wind?
For typical event conditions (light to moderate wind), yes — the included pole structure and tool-free clamps hold the banner securely. Worth knowing: the curved arch shape catches more wind than a flat banner because the curve creates a sail-like surface. For sustained high winds or storm conditions, dismount the banner the way you'd dismount any flag or sign — the mounting hardware is tool-free for exactly this reason. Operators in consistently windy regions sometimes lower the banner to a mid-position rather than maximum height to reduce wind loading.
Will my banner color match my canopy and walls?
Yes. The curved banner uses the same dye-sublimation process and Pantone color matching as our canopy tops, walls, and flat billboard banner. Send your Pantone codes and we match them on physical swatches before printing — your banner reads consistent across the full kit.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof showing exactly how your design will appear on the curved banner — including how the curve affects the visual layout of your design. Approve or request changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes about 1 business day after artwork approval. Delivery runs 4–6 business days. Need it sooner for a tournament, festival, brand activation, or event deadline? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.
How do I store the banner between events?
Dry the banner completely before disassembly — wet storage causes mold, staining, and creasing. Slide the support poles out of the sewn pocket. Roll or fold the banner loosely. Store the poles and clamps separately in your tent's roller bag or any standard equipment bag. The banner doesn't ship with a dedicated storage bag.
