- If your items aren't delivered by that date, we'll refund your order within 24 hours.
WHAT DOES "FREE" MEAN?
We will refund your paid invoice (including the order and shipping costs) if your items are not delivered on time.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DATE I CHOOSE CAN BE PRODUCED AND DELIVERED IN TIME?
Production times are listed on each individual product page. If you're still unsure, or have a volume order, just ask! We offer support with a real, live person Monday-Friday 8-8 EST. Use our online chat, send us an email or call us directly.
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN HOLD UP PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY?
Yes. If the artwork provided is not fit for print (we don't want your image to print blurry) production may be delayed. We also provide a digital proof for your approval before we move any custom printed order into production. But don't worry, we'll be here to guide you through the process.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE LATE?

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
