- When you place an order, let us know the specific delivery date.
- If your items aren't delivered by that date, we'll refund your order within 24 hours, no questions asked.
- It's as simple as that. There is no step 4!
WHAT DOES "FREE" MEAN?
Free. We will refund your paid invoice (including the order and shipping costs) if your items are not delivered on time.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DATE I CHOOSE CAN BE PRODUCED AND DELIVERED IN TIME?
Production times are listed on each individual product page under the red "Add to Cart" button. If you're still unsure, or have a volume order, just ask! We offer support with a real, live person Monday-Friday 8-8 EST. Use our online chat, send us an email or call us directly.
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN HOLD UP PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY?
Yes. We provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before we move any custom printed order into production. If the artwork provided is not fit for print (we don't want your image to print blurry!) or if there's a delay in approval of the proof, the production time may be delayed. But don't worry, we'll be here to guide you through the process.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF MY ITEMS ARE DELIVERED LATE?
If you've worked with someone from MVP, you can email them directly. Otherwise, we've got an amazing customer service team reading and responding to our email@example.com email and answering our phones.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE REFUNDED?
Within 1 business day.
