A recipe for success with Perfect Bar

How Perfect Bar executed a nationwide Costco activation with durable, brand-consistent display solutions.

California-based protein bar company Perfect Bar has experienced tremendous growth. As the company prepared for a nationwide Costco activation in early 2018, maintaining a consistent visual identity across dozens of locations became critical.

During the planning phase, Perfect Bar requested physical fabric samples from MVP Visuals. After evaluating durability and appearance, they selected Outdoor custom table covers and 10'x10' “Forever Flash” pop-up tents.

Both products are manufactured from heavy-duty 600 denier canvas fabric that is water-repellent, flame-retardant, and UV fade-resistant—ideal for high-traffic food demos and repeated travel between retail locations.

Setting the color tone

Pantone color matching

After fabrics and quantities were finalized, Perfect Bar worked closely with MVP Visuals to produce additional physical samples printed with their brand artwork.

Each sample was carefully inspected to ensure accurate PANTONE color matching and consistent brand presentation across all display materials.

Ultimately, the rollout included 12 custom pop-up concession tents and 67 custom table covers distributed across more than 20 Costco stores nationwide.

Before production began, MVP created a full-size prototype table cover featuring a dual-zipper back for convenient under-table storage. Every product was tailored to Perfect Bar’s requirements—from unique table dimensions to full 360° dye-sublimation printing—ensuring the displays would attract attention and draw traffic to demo areas.


Serving it up nationwide

By April 2018, all custom tents and table covers had been delivered and deployed in time for Perfect Bar’s nationwide Costco activation.

The success of this activation helped support Perfect Bar’s continued expansion. In 2019, Mondelez International acquired a majority stake in Perfect Snacks , further accelerating the brand’s growth.
