Most tents at a busy event share roughly the same canopy line: same height, same approximate visual weight. That's the problem. When someone's walking through a packed festival, trade show, or sports tournament looking for your booth, they can't see anything above shoulder height in the crowd. The billboard banner sits 2 feet above your canopy peak, at the height where signs and brands get seen at human eye level from a distance. The single most underrated branding element in the canopy tent kit.
Tool-free clamp mounting
Mounts to your existing canopy frame with the included aluminum poles and clamps. No tools required. Installation takes about 5 minutes once your tent is set up. The banner ships ready to mount, with poles, clamps, and reinforced banner all included in the box.

Unlike printed canopy tops or walls (where the graphic is permanent), the billboard banner is fully removable. Order multiple banners with different graphics and rotate them between events: tournament sponsor, brand campaign, seasonal promotion, product launch, sponsor handoff. Banners print via the same dye-sublimation process as our canopy tops and walls. Send your Pantone codes and we match them on physical swatches before printing. The banner reads consistent with the rest of your branded kit, with no mismatched reds, off-blues, or color drift across products.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the billboard banner only come in 10x10 and 10x20 sizes?
The 10x10 and 10x20 are the most popular MVP tent sizes and have the structural top-bar dimensions our standard banner clamps are designed for. Smaller sizes (5x5, 6.5x6.5, 8x8) don't have enough top bar to mount the banner safely. Larger or rectangular sizes (10x15, 13x13, 20x20) require custom banner sizing to fit properly. If you have one of those sizes and want a billboard banner, contact us for a custom inquiry.
Will the banner fit my MVP Visuals canopy tent?
Yes, if you have a 10x10 or 10x20 MVP Visuals canopy tent. The included clamps are designed specifically for our frame dimensions. If you have a non-MVP tent in those sizes, the banner may still fit if your frame's top bar diameter is similar, but compatibility isn't guaranteed. Contact us with your tent brand and frame model before ordering.
How is the banner mounted to the tent?
The banner attaches to two aluminum poles (included). The poles clamp to your canopy frame's corner posts and lift the banner about 2 feet above the canopy peak. Setup takes about 5 minutes once the tent is fully assembled.
Which side of my tent should I mount the banner on?
The banner mounts on one face of your canopy tent. You choose which side. Position it facing the direction of highest event traffic: toward the main aisle at a trade show, toward the spectator stands at a sports tournament, toward the entry point at a festival or fair. The banner reads strongest from the side it faces, with a muted reverse visible from the opposite side and no banner visibility from the perpendicular sides. Most operators mount it facing the side they want customers to approach from.
Is the banner visible from both sides?
Dye-sublimation printing penetrates the fabric, so graphics show on both faces. The back face is a slightly muted reverse of the front. For most use cases (sponsor visibility, event findability), this is fine. If you need full-saturation print on both faces, contact us about double-sided print options for custom orders.
How tall does the banner sit above the tent?
About 2 feet (23.6 inches). That's the difference between blending into the crowd and being visible from across a venue. Combined with a standard 10ft canopy peak, your branded banner reads at roughly 12 feet of vertical height. Above most heads, above most other booths, in the line of sight someone uses when scanning for your tent.
Will it stand up to wind?
For typical event conditions, yes. The 240g elastic polyester is tear-resistant, the edges are reinforced, and the aluminum poles are clamped securely to the canopy frame. For sustained high winds or storm conditions, dismount the banner the way you'd dismount any flag or sign. The mounting hardware is tool-free for exactly this reason. The banner is built for repeated mounting and dismounting.
Can I swap banners between events?
Yes. It's one of the strongest reasons to use billboard banners over printed canopy tops. Order multiple banners with different graphics (sponsor A, sponsor B, seasonal campaign, product launch) and swap them between events with the same poles and clamps. The mounting hardware is reusable. Only the banner changes.
Will my banner color match my canopy and walls?
Yes. Banners use the same dye-sublimation process and Pantone color matching as our canopy tops, walls, and other branded products. Send your Pantone codes and we match them on physical swatches before printing. Your banner reads consistent across the full kit.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof that shows exactly how your design will appear on the banner. Approve or request changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Can I print custom artwork at no extra cost?
Yes. Full-color dye-sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette, no setup fees. Send your logo, brand guidelines, or print-ready artwork and we'll build the banner design from there.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 1 business day after artwork approval. Delivery runs 4-6 business days. Need it sooner for a tournament, festival, or event deadline? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.
How do I store the banner between events?
Dry the banner completely before folding. Wet storage causes mold, staining, and creasing. Detach the banner from the poles and roll or fold it loosely. The aluminum poles and clamps can store separately in your tent's roller bag or any standard equipment bag. The banner doesn't ship with a dedicated storage bag.
