Product Overview
If you need a branded 10x20 canopy tent, this is the one. Dye sublimation printing, 600D polyester, a lifetime-warranted 40mm hex aluminum frame, the largest single-frame pop-up in the line and the standard premium booth slot at trade shows, sports sidelines, and large outdoor activations.
Double the 10x10 footprint, with a 20ft branded back wall 200 sq ft of floor space (100% more than a 10x10), with a 20ft back wall as the longest continuous branded surface in the standard pop-up line. Fits two distinct functional zones in one tent: sales station and product gallery, registration and hospitality, team sideline and gear storage. Built for premium trade show booth slots, full-team sports sidelines, and brands that want maximum visibility in a single tent.
Built to take a beating The 600D polyester canopy is tear-resistant, water repellent, UV resistant, and flame retardant (CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 certified). With 200 sq ft of fabric exposed to wind and weather, that durability matters. Built for repeat-event use, setup after setup.
Unlimited colors. Zero upcharges. A logo canopy tent is only as good as its print process. Your artwork goes into the fabric, not on top of it. Dye sublimation bonds the ink at a molecular level, so colors stay vivid for years without cracking or fading. Every color in your brand palette is included. Gradients, photos, complex designs across all 200 sq ft at no extra cost.
Frame backed by a lifetime warranty The 40mm hex aluminum frame is built for regular outdoor use and backed by a lifetime warranty. Every full kit ships with a deluxe roller bag, ropes, and stakes.
No minimums. No setup fees. Free layouts. Order one tent or a hundred. Free design layouts and digital proofs come standard with every order. Want to check the fabric? We'll send a sample on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why pick 10x20 instead of 10x15 or two 10x10s?
Pick 10x20 when you want one large branded presence rather than two smaller ones. Compared to a 10x10, you get 100% more floor space and a 20ft continuous back wall, the longest branded surface in the standard pop-up line. A
10x15 sits between the two: 33% more space than a 10x10 with a longer branded back, but at higher price and weight. Two 10x10s side-by-side give you the same total square footage, but you get slower setup, more hardware, and a booth that reads as two separate stations rather than one continuous premium presence. Best fit for premium trade show booth slots, full-team sports sidelines, and brands that want maximum visibility in a single tent.
What can I fit under a 10x20?
A 10x20 fits two 6-foot tables in any configuration: back-to-back as a long counter, parallel as two separate stations, or perpendicular in an L-shape, with working room for 4-6 staff. That gives you enough space for a typical trade show setup (back wall display, two side product galleries, 2-3 staff stations) or a full sports sideline (team gear, seating room, separate coach zone). Food vendors can run prep, service, and customer queue zones with clear separation between them. The 10x20 is the smallest size where you can run multiple distinct functional areas without compromise.
What comes with the 10x20 custom canopy tent?
Every 10x20 ships with the printed canopy, 40mm hex aluminum frame with a lifetime warranty, deluxe roller bag, ropes, and stakes. Side walls and half walls are add-ons you pick during checkout.
Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x20 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. You get full-color dye sublimation printing at no extra cost across all 200 sq ft of canopy surface. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a long branded backdrop along the 20ft back. One wall or three (one 20ft back plus two 10ft sides). Your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth perimeter without closing it off. Good for sideline layouts, multi-station setups, and retail-style displays where access from multiple sides matters.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only, which works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces. Worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind, common for trade show booth aisles, sports sidelines, and event corridors where the back of your tent is visible to crowds.
How many people does setup take?
Two people, plan on it. The 10x20 is the largest single-frame pop-up in the line. Solo setup is workable on the frame extension, but the 20ft span and canopy weight make it a clear two- or three-person job for most operators.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. With 200 sq ft of fabric, give it extra time to dry before packing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.
