Give guests room to gather without crowding the lobby. Check the space between doors and furniture, and remember the photographer needs somewhere to stand.
Look at the width between doors, walkways and furniture that will stay in place.
Hang a print from suitable hardware, or choose a complete display with its own stand or frame.

Artwork templates
Use the file for the product and size you order. Published vinyl templates show pole pockets; confirm the finishing layout on the proof for a grommet order. The step-and-repeat download is 8 × 8 ft; request the matching file for an 8 × 10 ft order.

Need the whole setup? The step-and-repeat includes an adjustable stand and carry bag. Tension-fabric backdrops are available with a frame or as replacement fabric only. Vinyl banners are print-only.

Yes, if the new graphic matches the frame’s exact size, shape and attachment style. Straight and curved tension-fabric frames use different graphics. If you cannot identify the frame, choose a complete display instead.
For a 20 ft display, choose a tension-fabric backdrop with its matching straight or curved frame. The adjustable step-and-repeat tops out at 8 × 10 ft.
