Product Overview

The customizable Inflatable Column is a sealed-air branding structure designed for environments where power access, noise, and safety are primary concerns. Once inflated, the unit remains rigid without a continuous blower.

Stability Integrated D-rings are built into the inflatable structure for anchoring to weights or the included stake/rope kit.
Branding and color accuracy
Pantone matching and dye-sublimation printing help maintain close color alignment between approved proofs and final production.
Internal LED Illumination (Add-on) Optional LED lighting helps the column stay visible in dark venues, evening events, and low-light spaces where ambient lighting is limited.

Available Sizes

We use a space-saving 18" diameter for smaller units and a wider 24" base on the 15ft model for extra outdoor stability.

Height Diameter Best For
8 ft 18 in Trade shows and sponsor zones
10 ft 18 in High-visibility advertising
15 ft 24 in Outdoor events and wayfinding

Fabric Types

The fiber density is optimized for dye-sublimation, bonding the ink into the material so your branding won't crack or peel when the column is folded for storage.

300D Polyester
This fabric provides the tensile strength needed to hold high internal pressure while keeping the unit under 50 lbs for easy one-person transport.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work indoors and outdoors, or is it mainly one or the other?
It works in both settings. The 300D polyester balances strength and weight, making it suitable for outdoor field use while remaining manageable for setup and transport. For outdoor setups, integrated D-rings and the included stake kit allow the column to be properly anchored during use.
How does an inflatable column handle wind?
Because these columns are airtight and rigid, they hold their shape well, but a tall pillar can act like a sail. Wind performance really comes down to how well you anchor it. We’ve built D-rings directly into the structure so you can tie it down to weights or stakes. As a rule of thumb, the taller the column, the more tethering you’ll want to use to keep it steady.
Where do seams fall, and can you avoid seams cutting through a logo?
There are vertical seams where the fabric panels meet, but our design team reviews every layout manually before production. We position your artwork so your logos and text stay clear of any stitch lines. This ensures your branding looks clean and professional from every angle.
