Inflatable Arch Care, Cleaning, and Storage Guide
Keep your arch ready for its next event. Check the material, deal with dirt gently, let the fabric dry completely, and pack the hardware so it cannot damage the arch.
Check which arch you have
Current Arch products use different materials. Check your order details before choosing a cleaning method, especially if your arch is an older model.

A material name alone does not tell you which cleaner is suitable for the fabric, graphics, seams or attachments. Use the care instructions supplied for your arch.
Prepare a clean work area
Have a soft cloth, clean water and the care instructions for your arch ready. Choose a clean area where the fabric will not pick up more dirt while you work. Keep loose stakes and other sharp hardware away from that area.
Follow your model's instructions for positioning and handling the arch so you can reach the areas that need attention. Look over the surface first and note any marks, tears or damaged attachments. Keep fabric cleaning separate from work on the blower or other electrical equipment.
Start gently with surface dirt
After each event, check the arch for dirt and moisture before packing. Remove dirt gently using the steps below, and finish drying any damp areas before storage.
- Lift away loose debris. Check folds and areas that touched the ground as well as the exposed panels. Remove loose dirt gently before wiping so you are not rubbing it into the surface.
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Work through a manageable area at a time using a gentle wiping motion. Avoid scrubbing. Rinse dirt out of the cloth as you work before moving to another area.
- Check the result. Look over each cleaned area for remaining marks or visible damage. If a mark does not lift with gentle wiping, stop before trying a different treatment.
- Leave time for drying. Keep the cleaned fabric out of its storage bag until it is completely dry.
If a mark remains, identify what caused it before trying another treatment. Check the instructions for your arch before using soap, stain remover, disinfectant, a brush or powered cleaning equipment. A product recommended for another inflatable may not suit yours.
For an unknown stain, send MVP Visuals your order number, a photo and the name of anything that contacted the fabric. Include what you have already tried. Ask which cleaning method is suitable before applying a treatment.
Dry the arch before it goes in the bag
Let the fabric dry completely before storage. Check folds and surfaces that touched the ground as well as the exposed panels. Do not judge the whole arch by one dry-looking patch.
Give damp areas time to dry before packing the arch for storage. Follow the drying instructions for your model.
Keep hardware away from the fabric
- Follow the packing instructions supplied with your arch.
- Keep stakes wrapped or stored separately so they cannot puncture the fabric.
- Store the dry arch in a cool, dry place.
- Keep its matching equipment and instructions easy to identify for the next event.
The blower and any lighting or misting equipment need their own care instructions. Do not apply fabric-cleaning directions to electrical equipment.

Record damage before attempting a repair
If you find a tear, seam problem or damaged attachment, photograph the area and contact MVP Visuals with your order number. Ask for the repair method for that arch before applying tape, adhesive or a patch.
Have damaged equipment assessed before the next setup.
