Custom inflatable tunnels currently start at $1,999 for the Little League build. Standard 18 ft tunnels start at $2,495, and Football Helmet entrances start at $3,395. Mascot and sculpted shapes are quote-only. Material, size, and print scope determine the final price.

Measure the available footprint, overhead clearance, and the clear opening people and equipment need. The Standard tunnel is 10 ft W × 10 ft H × 18 ft L; Little League is 8 ft W × 8 ft H × 10 ft L. Helmet options are 18 ft L × 15 ft H for the helmet-only build or 26 ft total L × 10 ft H with the tunnel. We confirm the final exterior dimensions and clear opening on the quote and proof.
Continuous-air and sealed-air configurations are available, and every Tunnel includes a blower. Use a grounded 120V 3-prong outlet or a generator rated at least 650W. The Standard build also includes a carry bag, ropes and stakes, and D-rings. We’ll confirm the air system, anchoring plan, and included equipment for your selected build on the quote.
Yes. Send SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF artwork when possible. JPEG or PNG files should be at least 150 dpi at full scale. Include a helmet photo, decal sheet, mascot reference, sponsor marks, and Pantone Formula Coated values when brand-color consistency matters. CMYK files can be used, but printed color may differ from a screen. You’ll review the placement, color direction, dimensions, and entrance shape on the proof before production. Every tunnel must be secured whenever it is inflated. Use approved stakes only on suitable grass or turf; pavement and indoor sites need the ballast or anchoring plan specified for the build. There is no verified universal mph limit for every tunnel, so follow the build-specific operating instructions and deflate the tunnel when conditions exceed them.
The “D” is denier, a yarn-weight measurement. Among the current choices, 300D is the lightest, 420D is the middle weight, and 600D is the heaviest. A higher denier means more yarn mass per unit length, but denier alone does not prove waterproofing, wind rating, fire certification, or service life. Choose based on event frequency, handling, and setup conditions, then confirm the final fabric construction on the quote. All Tunnel builds include a one-year warranty.

Keep sharp and abrasive objects away from the fabric during setup and takedown. After use, wipe away dirt with a soft damp cloth and let the tunnel dry completely before folding or rolling it. Store it in a cool, dry place, and ask us for the care instructions for your quoted build.
