Great looking table covers are standard trade show fare, but we know they’re not for everyone. Ours come in many sizes, styles and fabrics, which can give your table a strong, professional look. But if you’re more interested in a high contrast look, or something a little more striking and different than a solid cover, then table runners might be the solution for you.
Fans of table covers also know that price is a factor – often a custom printed table runner over a non-printed tablecloth can be less expensive than a full printed table cover. Only you know what look fits with your brand aesthetic and your trade show booth, but if you haven’t considered table runners, you’re missing out! Orientation
The most common way to position table runners is perpendicular to a rectangular table top, hanging predominantly over the front. This orientation allows the table runner to contrast with the tablecloth, and highlight your logo for all to see. If visitors will see more of your table, make sure your table runner extends on both sides. Alternatively, you can position your table runner along the tabletop horizontally, like a banner that covers the table with your message, image or logo.
Custom Printing
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that your custom printed logo or image will look stunning on a table runner – we use dye sublimation printing to ensure that your design looks its best, down to the last detail. It’s up to you to decide where your design should be printed. Printing on just the front is very common, so that visitors see your logo as they approach the table. Make this work from both directions by printing on both ends of the table runner. You can also choose an all-over print – perhaps an image or design that extends over the entire surface, or your logo repeated as a pattern.
Materials
A high quality 100% polyester poplin is our most popular and cost-effect fabric for table runners, but you have many other options. We also offer this poplin in liquid-repellent and flame retardant styles. If your goal is to be eco-friendly, our recycled polyester poplin is made from 100% recycled plastics and fabric. Any of these poplins will make a great canvas for your custom logo or image, perfectly dyed to best showcase your design.
If you’re looking for something a little off the beaten path, we also offer more specialized fabrics and materials that will really turn heads. Ask about our brushed satin, tissue lame, organza and burlap options to add a decorative touch to your table.
