How It Works

From concept proof to event-ready arch

Every inflatable arch starts with a free concept proof. Nothing moves into production until you approve the design.

Real build - San Antonio Spurs · Coyote Fan Fest Arch · Austin, TX
  1. San Antonio Spurs branded inflatable arch concept proof for event entrance design

    Step 1 · Concept Proof

Start with a free concept proof

Send us your logo, event name, sponsor marks, and the dimensions you need. We turn that into a branded concept proof so you can review arch shape, branding zones, and overall footprint before anything is built.

  2. San Antonio Spurs inflatable arch 3D render with mascot and full branded event mockup

    Step 2 · 3D Mockup

    Review the full 3D render

Once the concept is approved, we refine the build into a polished 3D mockup. You can see the exact arch proportions, mascot placement, color treatment, and sponsor branding before final approval.

  3. San Antonio Spurs Coyote mascot inflatable arch inflation test before event deployment

    Step 3 · Inflation Test

    Built, printed, and inflation-tested

After approval, your arch is printed and assembled to spec, then fully inflated for quality control before shipment. This confirms the structure, print alignment, and overall presentation are ready for the event.

  4. Step 4 · Fan Fest Deployment

Prepare the arch for event day

Before the event, review the equipment listed for the approved build. Confirm the setup surface, power access, securing plan, and clearances, then follow the instructions supplied for that arch.

I can not say enough about the customer service and product itself!! We decided to order with a close window to our event and they worked with us, responded back and forth via email and phone calls to ensure everything was perfect! We purchased the 15 foot arch and it turned out amazing!

Inflatable Arches for Races, Events, and Brand Activations

The right build starts with the job the arch needs to do. Note the clear opening, setup surface, available power, visibility distance, and logos that must appear.

  • World Marathon Challenge inflatable arch at a global race finish line

    Races & Marathons

Mark a start line, finish line, or course entrance. Before choosing a build, check the route width and required clear opening. Then confirm the setup surface, power access, and sponsor layout.

  • Trophy Club Parks and Rec inflatable arch at a kids fun run start line

    Fun Runs

Create a visible start or finish point for school, community, and fundraising runs. Plan around course width, participant flow, sponsor space, and whether graphics need to change between events.

Read the Fun Run Arch Guide

  • Make-A-Wish Georgia inflatable arch at a charity walk cheering line

    Charity Walks & Fundraisers

Use the arch at registration, the start, or the finish. Plan the organizer logo, sponsor areas, participant flow, and whether sponsor graphics need to change for future events.

  • San Antonio Spurs custom mascot inflatable arch at a fan event

    Sports Events & Team Entrances

Frame team arrivals, tournament entrances, fan zones, or field access. Make sure the opening and surrounding space work for the people and equipment moving through it.

  • UCAN Brand Expo inflatable arch above a crowded event activation

    Product Launches & Brand Activations

Use a standard arch as a branded entrance, or choose a custom shape when the silhouette is part of the campaign. Share reference artwork, target dimensions, venue limits, and the required delivery date.

  • Large custom wavy inflatable arch at the OC Fair entrance

    Giant Inflatable Arches

Use a larger-scale arch when it needs to stay visible across a wide course, crowded entrance, or open event site. Choose it from the clear opening people and equipment need and the footprint available at the venue, not from height alone.

  • Ferrari Club of America branded inflatable arch at a car show

    Advertising Arches

Use an advertising arch as branded event signage at an entrance, checkpoint, sponsor zone, or finish line. The face and legs can carry logos and event graphics; plan the front and back separately when each approach needs a different message.

Inflatable Arch FAQs

Current online prices for a Race Arch run from $1,044 to $4,599. LED Arches start at $1,245, Floating Arches at $2,125, and Misting Arches at $2,269. Custom Shape Arches are priced by quote. Size, shape, material, and air system account for the Race Arch range. See the Custom Inflatable Cost Guide for a fuller quote comparison.

Choose the Race Arch for a conventional land-based start line, finish line, checkpoint, or entrance. Choose a Custom Shape Arch when the outline itself must follow a product, logo, or mascot. A Misting Arch creates a cooling pass-through and needs suitable water access and drainage. An LED Arch is built for dusk, night, or low-light visibility. A Floating Arch is for a swim exit, water-course checkpoint, or other on-water marker.

Start with the usable course width and the minimum clearance needed for people, bikes, timing equipment, or vehicles. The current angled Race Arch production templates show:

  • 15 ft: outer width × height 14.76 × 9.84 ft; clear opening width × height 10.50 × 7.87 ft.
  • 20 ft: outer width × height 19.69 × 11.48 ft; clear opening width × height 14.76 × 9.02 ft.
  • 25 ft: outer width × height 24.93 × 12.47 ft; clear opening width × height 19.69 × 9.68 ft.
  • 30 ft: outer width × height 29.53 × 14.76 ft; clear opening width × height 22.31 × 11.15 ft.

Those are front-view dimensions for the angled shape, not the entire secured footprint. Round and square shapes differ, and the site also needs room for the blower and securing lines. Compare the production proof for the selected shape with the actual site before approving it.

On the standard Race Arch, you can choose a 15-, 20-, 25-, or 30-foot width; an angled, round, or square shape; 300D or 600D polyester; and continuous or sealed air where that combination is available. The printed design can include brand colors, logos, and sponsor marks, with different layouts on the front and back. Removable sponsor banners can also be planned. If the arch silhouette itself must follow a product, logo, or mascot, use the Custom Shape Arch instead.

Send SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF artwork when available. JPEG or PNG files should be at least 150 dpi at full scale. Include Pantone Formula Coated values for color-critical work and identify which sponsor marks belong on each side. The proof is where you approve placement, dimensions, and color direction before production. See the Artwork Requirements.

Choose 300D for a lighter, lower-priced continuous-air Race Arch on a lighter event schedule. Choose 600D for repeated travel and setup, or whenever you need sealed air; every current sealed-air Race Arch configuration uses 600D. The current warranty policy lists three years for 300D Inflatable Arches and five years for 600D Inflatable Arches. Those terms are for the standard material-based Arch warranty; confirm specialty and Custom Shape Arch coverage separately.

A continuous-air Race Arch keeps a blower running throughout the event. Choose it when reliable power is available and you want the broadest current material and configuration selection. A sealed-air Race Arch is inflated and then closed, so the blower does not run while the arch is standing. Choose it when ongoing power or blower noise is a problem, while remembering that power is still needed for inflation. Current sealed-air models use 600D polyester, and not every width-and-shape combination is offered. See Continuous vs. Sealed Air Inflatables for the longer comparison.

Current product pages list 5–8 business days of production for Race, Misting, LED, and Floating Arches, and 7–12 business days for a Custom Shape Arch. Those are production estimates, not door-to-door delivery times. For a standard Race Arch, the current product page recommends allowing 2–3 weeks overall for revisions and shipping. Send the artwork, delivery ZIP code, and required in-hand date at the start so the schedule can be checked before you order.

The current Race Arch specification lists a blower, carry bag, ropes, stakes, and D-rings. Continuous-air models need power for the blower throughout the event. Sealed-air models need power for inflation but not while the arch is standing. That is the Race Arch equipment list, not a promise that every specialty Arch has the same kit. Confirm the electrical connection and securing plan for the selected build and event surface.

Yes. Put the event identity and long-term branding on the arch, then use removable sponsor banners for placements that may change between races. Banner size, position, and attachment method have to be built into the approved layout; they are not a universal after-the-fact add-on. See Removable Banners for Inflatable Arches.
