    Q: When will my masks be delivered?

    Here's the process: 

    1. Your order is placed and art file attached. If your logo isn't ready, that's fine. Place the order anyway, and we'll reach out to request it. 
    2. Within 24 hours we send an art proof for approval.
    3. Once you approve the art proof, your items will be produced in 3-5 days. If you have a rush order with a firm delivery date, let us know!
    4. All orders are sent FedEx Priority and should reach your door 2-5 days after being shipped depending on carrier demands. Don't worry, we'll send you tracking in advance.

    Q: Can I get a sample before ordering?

    A: Yes, we have pre-printed (non-customizable) samples in stock that can ship within 1 business day for $9.99/ea! Purchase one here.

    Q: What kind of file should I send for my artwork?

      Don't have this type? Don't worry! Send over what you have and we'll reach out.

      Q: How many masks can I order?

      A: Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. If you need to place an order for more than 2,500 pieces, please request a custom quote for a greater discount!

      Q: How do I wash my custom face mask?

      A: Machine wash cool with gentle cleaning solution or detergent. Do not use bleach, as it may damage the printing. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly once dry cycle has completed.

      Q: Can you print/match my brand's Pantone colors?

      A: Yes! We can print/match most Solid Coated Pantone colors. Please let us know what colors you need when uploading artwork with your order.

      Q: Are these medical-grade masks?

      This product is not a medical-rated mask, it should not be used in any surgical setting and is made for everyday civilian use.
