Coca-Cola & Six Flags | MVP Visuals Case Study
Keeping it cool with Inflatable Misting Tents!
It started with an idea.
The teams at Six Flags and Coca-Cola were planning for their annual Fourth Fest at 11 of the famed amusement parks across the US, sponsored by the beverage giant.
Global marketing agency CSM Group was looking to implement a unique and interactive piece to the main event area. This structure would attract guests and serve as the hub for Coke drink samples, a photo-op station, and offer a spot to cool down during one of the hottest weekends of summer.
We brought the vision to life.
A few different iterations of the "Cool Zone" structure were discussed, including a rented steel truss system that would have involved a tricky set-up and concerns surrounding ease of setup, storage, and transport. That brought inflatable displays to the table for discussion - and how easy they were to handle in all of those aspects.
We worked closely with all teams to create a totally unique, roofed design that would fit the event footprint, meet their specific needs, and match Coke's famous brand image - all the way from early 3D rednerings to the finished product.
A successful event to remember.
All tents arrived on time a week before the event was to begin. Each park's team, comprised of staff from CSM and Six Flags, worked to test setup and make sure that they were prepared to use the tents over the 4-day event. MVP was on standby to offer prompt responses to any setup questions that arose.
In the end, the inflatable misting tents were a big hit! A heat wave rolled in for many of the parks during the event, but guests kept themselves comfortable under the cool mist and shade that the tents provided.
