How To Make Things Easy With The New Live Chat

So you've finally seen the new and read about all our new features. You know we want to make things easy for you, and you want easy too. To make things even more convenient for you, we'd like to offer a step-by-step guide on how to use our new features that make ordering with MVP Visuals easy.

Our first how-to guide is (of course) about our customer service - that way you can contact us directly if you have any questions. And our online customer service stems directly from our chat function, which offers you an instant connection to one of our representatives.


How to Use the Chat Function:

When you first open, you may notice a little tab that says "live chat" at the bottom of your screen - that means that it's regular business hours for MVP and that a representative is waiting for your questions.


If you click the live chat tab, a window will open that greets you immediately. If you have any questions, you can type in that window and it will send a message directly to a representative's desktop. And they will be able to answer a question within minutes.


What if I have a question outside of business hours?

If you are on our website outside of our 8am-8pm EST business window, you may notice that the "live chat" tab has changed. We still have a connection to our online support, though - just send a message as you would during the live chat hours (we'll still get it!) and a representative will respond to you via email as soon as our regular business hours start again.
