Arrange a Pre-Show Meeting about an hour before the show begins. Review with your team the goals and agenda for the event. Appoint a veteran stiffer to review the basics with the inevitable late staffers.
Create a booth manual with how-to’s, important contact information, travel reservations, marketing materials and quantities, pricing, etc. to limit the amount of redundancy and repetition in getting new hires educated on your booth’s method of operation.
