Saving time at a trade show exhibit whether before, during or after the show, will allow you to spend more of that time building a relationship with a customer that could last the lifetime of your business. Here are 5 time-savers that will maximize your time during a trade show exhibit.
Use a display that is easy to transport, set-up, and take-down. Practically any MVP Visuals product was made with this in mind. The Triga Tension Fabric System is one of our favorites as it is stunning in presentation, lightweight, and requires no tools for set-up. Our Expanded MediaWall is one of the lightest pop-ups on the market, and Fabric Pop-Ups are available with wheels for easy transport.
Scan Badges: Trade Show News Networks suggests scanning badges with lead retrieval technology rather than taking the time to write down contact information or trade business cards.
Have a custom table cover (or two) made ahead of time. For a simple, cost-effective display, try our Standard Front Panel Print Table Cover. If you’re looking for something with more pizazz, then you’ve come to the right place. We have a variety of custom table covers from popular Stretch Mural Table Cover, to the full colour Printed Spandex Table Cover and more. Click here to view all of your custom table cover options.
Arrange a Pre-Show Meeting about an hour before the show begins. Review with your team the goals and agenda for the event. Appoint a veteran stiffer to review the basics with the inevitable late staffers.
Create a booth manual with how-to’s, important contact information, travel reservations, marketing materials and quantities, pricing, etc. to limit the amount of redundancy and repetition in getting new hires educated on your booth’s method of operation.
